Many people believe they can be right with God by being a good person. In fact, there are many “good” people, but no one can be good enough. The Bible tells us that every person since Adam and Eve is born with a tendency to sin. That sin nature cannot be eradicated or changed by behavior.
Job 14:4
Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean?
No one!
In other words, we are all “unclean” before God and in need of cleansing in His righteousness.
PRAY FOR ISRAEL TO RECOGNIZE THE FUTILITY OF GOOD WORKS TO BE RIGHTEOUS.
