Psalm 53:6a
Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion!
The Hebrew word used for “salvation” is [Yeshua] which is the Hebrew name of Jesus. Of course Salvation has come out of Zion, but there will be a day when He returns.
The chorus of a recent praise song was:
Say, behold He comes, riding on the clouds
Shining like the sun, at the trumpet’s call
Lift your voice, (it’s) the year of Jubilee
Out of Zion’s hill, salvation comes.
(Days of Elijah by Donnie McClurkin)
If the writer of the song knew Hebrew he might have written:
Out of Zion’s hill Yeshua comes!
PROCLAIM THAT SOON YESHUA WILL RETURN TO ZION’S HILL.
I really appreciate this prayer prompt and the picture accompanying it, especially after having been to Israel last Fall. Is it possible to add a line telling what the photo is of, or the location? That would be good to know. I recognize some but not most. Bless you all!
