January 27: God’s unique relationship with Israel

“Today marks 75 years since the liberation of Auschwitz, the largest camp established by the Germans. A complex of camps, Auschwitz included a concentration camp, killing center, and forced-labor camps. It was located 37 miles west of Krakow (Cracow), near the prewar German-Polish border.”

There are no words to try to explain the Holocaust.  The questions are numerous:

  • Why did God allow it?
  • How could mankind be so evil?
  • Why was “the Church” so silent?

As with all the mysteries of life, we can only put our faith and trust in God.  There will come a day when we will see Him face to face; at that time the answers will not matter.

Job 13:15

Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.

PRAY FOR ISRAEL TO TRUST GOD IN ALL SITUATIONS.
