November 4: Righteousness

Whether ashamed or just fearful of his life, this false prophet denied what he had done.  Nevertheless, his wounds evidenced that even his friends condemned his false prophecies.

Zechariah 13:6

And one will say to him, ‘What are these wounds between your arms?’ Then he will answer, ‘Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.’

This passage seems to have Messianic overtones, but the Hebrew and the context is that the wounds were on the chest as not on the hands as were Yeshua’s.

Today throughout the religious Jewish communities, people study and follow the false teachings and prophecies from years past.  Each community has its own leader and the discussions and disagreements go one endlessly.

PRAY FOR THE REVELATION AND JUDGMENT OF ALL FALSE PROPHETS AND TEACHERS.
