February 25: God’s Unique Relationship with Israel

As the winter ends and spring begins, Israel turns her attention to celebrations to remember an historical event of God’s deliverance.

The Hebrew word for “feasts” is מִקְרָא which means, “calling together” or “a sacred time.”  The Hebrew word for “convocations” is מֹועֲדָֽ which means “an appointed time.”

Leviticus 23: 1-2, 44

1And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.

44 So Moses declared to the children of Israel the feasts of the Lord.

God is inviting all of His children to have a date with Him, a special time to come together to worship and rejoice in Yeshua! Yeshua is the fulfillment of each of the Feasts of the Lord and has significance in our lives today.

PRAY ISRAEL WILL SEE YESHUA IN EACH OF THEIR CELEBRATIONS.
